Pagi Sore [Pug-ghee-saw-ray] serves Nasi Padang, an Indonesian trademark food. When you are seated, many dishes are presented to you at your table and you are charged for what you consume. This is a more upmarket Nasi Padang place, and it's goated. Personally my go to Nasi Padang since we discovered it and we've been bringing regional VCT players here for meals.

Pro Tip: The dishes presented will be in cling-wrap, do not open the cling wrap if you do not want to be charged for it.

Bakmi [buck-mee] is Chinese-style wheat noodles in Indonesia, adapted to Indonesian tastes. The name Bakmi translates to "meat noodles". Most Bakmi in Indonesia is prepared with chicken or beef, but Louibelly serves a style that features crispy roast pork (similar to หมูกรอบ or 燒肉).

Pro Tip: Place is kinda small and parking space kinda limited, so try to avoid driving there or going as a large group. Best to go in smaller groups by Gojek/Grab.

Hong Kong Dim Sum in the Kelapa Gading area that is Halal. The place is open 24 hours! We’ve only been there once at midnight though, but all our local friends say it’s quite crowded during regular hours so please note.

Ropang Plus Plus (or RPP) is a favorite hangout for the younger crowd in North/West Jakarta. The prices are wallet-friendly, the food is tasty, and there's plenty of parking and easy to look for Gojek and Grab. People default to RPP when looking for a laid-back hangout with friends. Fun fact: The word "Ropang" comes from an amalgamation of Roti (bread) and Panggang (grilled), a signature dish at this eatery.

Makassar is the 5th largest city after Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bandung. Their cuisine has a degree of Dutch influence and flavours too. Sop Konro Karebosi restaurant has been around for more than 50 years and is known for the Beef Ribs. The Konro Bakar (beef ribs grilled) is a must try at this place.

One of the best seafood restaurant in town. The food is fresh, phenomenal taste, and affordable. It's one of former President Joko Widodo's favourite restaurants. The locals swear that this is among Jakarta's most popular Seafood restaurants.

Martabak is a renowned street food that comes in two types: Martabak Manis (sweet pancake) and Martabak Telur (egg pancake).

Martabak Manis is usually a thick and sweet pancake that is topped with various toppings ranging from chocolate, cheese, peanuts, to condensed milk. Martabak Telur, the savoury type, are crispy pancakes that consist of eggs, chicken or beef meat, and scallions.

Martabak Manis is a one of a kind dessert in Indonesia and this street side vendor has some of the best I've ever tasted!

What To Order:
We suggest the flavours of Classic, Cheese, Chocolate, Nutella, and Peanut.

Open 24 hours, this South Jakarta joint is a local favorite for people of all walks of life. A popular rest stop for Gojek drivers, their Nasi Merah (red rice) is a must try together with your favourite Nasi Campur add-ons and side dishes.

Notes: This is a 24 hour joint. We wouldn't recommend eating this before a VCT match though. The spices might trigger a intestinal system purge.
